Lauf Gravel Worlds 150
The 2025 Lauf Gravel Worlds promises an unparalleled challenge for the gravel enthusiast. We are charting a route of approximately 150 miles and over 10,000 ft of climbing – adventuring through the rural farmlands of Southeastern Nebraska. World Championship jerseys are up for grabs in all categories.
Overall Male and Female win the title of Captain of the Gravel Seas, World Champions Jersey, and Sword Trophy.Start Time:

Lauf Gravel Worlds 75
The 75 Mile Gravel Grinder presented by Goodlife Cyclery. Not wanting to walk the full plank? Plunderous nonetheless, our shortened course will test the mettle and give no quarter. We are plotting a (roughly) 75-mile voyage with 5,000 ft of elevation with checkpoints and high-seas refueling opportunities.
Trophies awarded to all categories.

Lauf Gravel Worlds 35 Mile
The GW35 is a ~35 mile event for those that want to get their feet wet in the world of gravel. This is a non-competitive event. This route will stay closer to the Sandhills Global Event Center with some rollers (about 2,000 ft of elevation) and one checkpoint stop along the route.

Lauf Gravel Worlds 300
The Ultimate Challenge for the Ultimate Adventurer GW300 is for those extra crazy riders who think 150 miles of rolling gravel seas simply isn’t enough. This is the ultimate Nebraska Grass-Roots Gravel challenge! This challenge will push the individual in body, mind, and spirit like few challenges on earth.
Over 300 miles of constant rolling hills that will amass over 15,000 ft of elevation on the journey. 100% self-supported, the only oasis riders will find on this voyage will be from public gas stations and water stops provided.Start Time: 5PM Friday Aug 22, 2025

Lauf Gravel Worlds Run Series

The GW Run Series was added for our many friends who prefer to explore the Gravel Seas by foot instead of by bike.
Fully self-supported like our other events, runners will navigate the Nebraska gravel seas with aide stations provided by the Gravel Worlds® crew.

100% SELF-SUPPORTED!!
ALL Lauf Gravel Worlds® events are completely self-supported. In tradition with true grassroots style events, you are only allowed to use what you bring with you or what you can find along the route.
The course will pass several convenience store/gas stations and each course will have sponsored checkpoints which will provide water and basic supplies. 150 mile will have two sponsored checkpoints, 75 and 50k will have one sponsored checkpoint.
NO OUTSIDE SUPPORT!!
NO Team Vehicles or Family/Friends on course or at checkpoints
No Domestiques
No Preplanned handouts from teammates
If you need something that can’t be found at a convenience store, BRING IT WITH YOU!

9 Basic Rules
Bicycle riding is just not that complicated. Nor does it seem that the quality of the gravel riding experience is in any way tied to the size of a rulebook. Everyone that comes here understands that when it comes to breaking or even bending a rule that the stakes aren’t really measured in dollars (or dollars lost). They’re measured in personal integrity.
Rule #1: BE COOL!
Sounds Simple, but it covers a lot of ground.
Courses
Courses will be announced 7-14 days prior to the event.
There will be a Wednesday Welcome Party/Route Discussion Party the Wednesday of race week.
Where To Stay?
We have several options! Hotel, AirBnB, Camping. We will announce our hotel partners in 2025!
What To Do In Town
Lincoln is full of amazing shops, restaurants, hotels, and attractions. Downtown Lincoln is 8 miles west of the start line, with access to it by bike trail.
We recommend starting at Aragon Tavern for some good food and beer, then check out all the events and attractions on the Lincoln Tourism Page.

Parking
You will receive parking information at check-in. Parking will be provided at Sandhills Global Event Center.
If you would like premium parking and be right next to the start/finish, we have premium parking available when you register for the race.
